-Queue- Posted February 8, 2005 Posted February 8, 2005 If a change is not made to the record, then it doesn't matter how long a cursor is left in a field. A record is not locked nor modified in 7 until a user starts to change something. But you could use a simple Set Field [serial; serial] Commit Records/Requests script to force a change and update the modification time.

Yelena Posted February 9, 2005 Author Posted February 9, 2005 I get the same result with the Refresh Window - all computers on the network get updated accept the computer I click the Update Time button on. I guess I will have to enter find and then browse modes or use go to next, prevoious record for the color to be updated everywhere at the same time. Thanks
Yelena Posted February 11, 2005 Author Posted February 11, 2005 I finally got it working after updating Filemaker from 7.0v1 to 7.0v3 version. Apparently the Refresh Window wasn't working properly in Filemaker 7.0v1. Thank you all.
