Does anybody know how to allow scrollbar in a field in iwp? I notice the scrollbar would appear only if the field is editable, but not in read only format.

As such the field size becomes the limiting factor as one can't have more text inside than the field size.

this is also the behaviour of the local client- only editable fields get scroolbars, so it is a nuisance, but not an IWP-related problem. Unfortunately, the non-IWP trick (use a calculated field with edit allowed) does not work on IWP.

I sometimes used the trick to put a button on the field and go to a different layout when a certain number of characters in the field was exceeded.
