Nissim Posted August 4, 2005 Posted August 4, 2005 hi. I think that's possible to use an url call. I remember that skype is adding an url protocol definition. something like skype://username (like http://website). Intuitively, it will work on cross platform without any need of applescript (for mac). I'm trying to add this kind of option to my system. I'll appreciate if you'll share your script with me. Have a nice day
Nissim Posted August 15, 2005 Posted August 15, 2005 hi Once skype is installed , the protocol "callto" is registered to skype. so the command callto://user will call the user by skype. It works on PC and on Mac
Stuart Taylor Posted May 30, 2006 Author Posted May 30, 2006 unbelievably... sorry for delay... finally being able to email, weblink, fax, pdf, call, and now IM from FileMaker is a dreamy palette... Thanks again.
