Why is this date field not working?

I swear I have done this before.

I have a field that uses auto-enter "Creation Date".

I want a second field to give me the

date 30 days from the creation date.

so in that second field I did a calculate:

Quote::Created Date + 30

with result being date.

I get a ? mark.

I know this is simple, but what have I missed?

I guess that is because both are evaluated in the same moment when "Creation Date" is not present.

You must somehow trigger the recalc again.

Make sure all your fields and calculation results are defined as Date.
