I have fm developer 7.0v3 on Mac OS 10.4 (Tiger).

I have seen another developer, on Windows machine, import DB2 data directly into their Filemaker database. Can I access DB2 databases on my mainframe from my Mac?

Do I do this via ODBC?

Do I need to install some drivers?

Your Topic is misleading. FileMaker can handle several different Formats, and when all else fails, there is always the Text Formats.

Check out the different Formats available for Import and Export in FileMaker's Online Help [color:"blue"] "Supported import/export file formats " or in your Manual. Do the same with DB2, and there will be at least one that will work.
