Is there a way to create a shortcut of opening a file Hosted by FMS7? Instead of going through long process of opening it by clicking remote button, is it possible to put the main file on FM7 startup so that it will open up automatically once FM7 runs?

Any suggestions?

This is a frequently asked question on this forum so a search should have found you the answer. You can create a desktop, or start menu icon for that matter, by using this syntax:

fmp7://10.20.30.40/FileName.fp7

10.20.30.40 is the IP address fo the FM Server and FileName.fp7 is obviously the file name.
