Converting text to checkbox answer while importing

I'm pretty new to FileMaker, but since it is my job now to input a lot of contractinformation into a FileMaker database, i'm really interested in how it works. I have about 500 contracts to do, all in Word files. It is just a kind of list of text fields, f.e.:D

Title: In de clinch

Year: 1999

Pay-tv?: yes

etc.

etc.

Now, here comes the problem: the yes answer.

I already know how to convert .doc to .txt and deleting

the stuff like Year:, so only the answers would remain.

I think I also know how to put the field information of

one contract all in one line, seperated by comma's, so

I can easily import them.

And now for the problem:

In the FileMaker DB (which is in layout NOT editable for me,

as i'm just an employee, and because there are already a lot

of contracts, so the layout has to be remained, no exceptions)

there are checkboxes for questions as Pay-tv?. Is there any

way to import certain types of the same texts (like the answer

yes and no) to automatic letting FileMaker check the right box.

This would save me (my company) about 50 hours of time.

Because I think i've not been clear enough, the only real

problem is:

Is it possible to letting FileMaker automaticly

check certain boxes, depending on a certain word in the

imported document?

Please let me know,

it would really help me.

Thanks in advance,
