Hi I get the email address adding twice when i use Send Email.

I've added a very simple database to illustrate this.

(ps emails go to Mail)

is this a known bug (surely)?

can anyone confirm or deny this is a problem?

Your simple application works for me without generating duplicate addresses in the mail message. I'm using Mac OS 10.4 and Apple Mail as a default mail reader.

Are you finding that it actually does generate multiple emails, or does it just display multiple emails in the To window? If the address duplicates but it's all in the same blue oval, then it'll only send one copy to that email address. Mine does the same thing. It's some kind of glitch, but doesn't seem to generate multiple emails. Create a record for your own email address and run a test to see if this is what happens...

Thanks Susanna, the addresses do merge into one bubble. If it only sends once then that is ok although might a little confusing for the users.
