im getting soooo soo frustrated at this.

i am desigin a program for the admin of a fanclub.

I have one section that you can add each individual fan and their contact details as well as how much they owe etc then there is another table which has the price of membership field and extra costs for stuff. so what i want is for the admin to be able to enter what the price of subscription is in the management section and then be able to have it appear in 'total cost' box in the members details.

I dont know what to relate to where and its just not working.

I even tried adding the cost field onto the member layout...but that wont work either.

This is similar to an invoicing system. You are selling memberships (and extra stuff) to the fans. You need a PriceList table, where each record is a "product" that a fan can purchase. When you make a sale, you enter the product code, and the price is looked up from PriceList.
