Printing Multiple Values

Featured Replies

Is there anyway to print a report with multiple looked up values from a value list, or do I need to define multiple fields for each value. Here's an example of what I'd like to do:

Field Name: Manufacturer

Data: Honda

Value List Name: Manufacturing Sites

Value List: US, European, Japanese (all are checked)

I'd like to print a report that looks like this:

US Locations

Honda

Eurporean Locations

Honda

Japanese Locations

Honda

Thanks,

Kelly

Create report with subsummary part by Manufacture. May be i dont understand you clear.

I'll try to clarify. Its been my experience that when you try to print reports from fields containing multiple looked up values from a value list, only the first value appears in the report. Is there anyway around this?

Can you show little part of youe fil here?
