How can I publish in the web filemker pro 7 database without using Filemaker Server Advanced 7? I need it to run as well with Windows and Mac.

You can use instant web publishing for 5 simultaneous sessions with FMP. You could also buy cafePHP if you want to do custom web publishing without server advanced.
