I have a file called Administration Database that contains 3 tables (Contacts, Project Initiation and Transmittals). Each table has 1 layout which has the same name as the table.

I now need to create 6 more layouts using the fields and data from the Transmittals table.

Do I have to create a Table Occurance for each new layout that I want to create?

ALSO -

Is it no longer possible to display only the layouts that belong to a particular table?

You can have more than one layout per Table Occurance (TO). Think of TO's as relationships, they are pointers to a table.

A layout is based on a TO, in that it belongs to a table. You can show related data from connected TO's in the layout.
