Dana G Posted July 15, 2005 Posted July 15, 2005 I have a file called Administration Database that contains 3 tables (Contacts, Project Initiation and Transmittals). Each table has 1 layout which has the same name as the table. I now need to create 6 more layouts using the fields and data from the Transmittals table. Do I have to create a Table Occurance for each new layout that I want to create? ALSO - Is it no longer possible to display only the layouts that belong to a particular table?
RalphL Posted July 15, 2005 Posted July 15, 2005 You can have more than one layout per Table Occurance (TO). Think of TO's as relationships, they are pointers to a table. A layout is based on a TO, in that it belongs to a table. You can show related data from connected TO's in the layout.
