How come I can't pull up the printer properties via the web?

I'm looking into using FMPro for the companies Purchase Request system and I like the demo of FMP7. I would like to know how I can trigger the printer properties via a script I did. From the client it works fine but when I click on the print script via the web nothing happens. Is there such a way for this? I would like people to use adobe signature on the PR's because sadly some paperwork needs to be created.

in fmp7 there is a little checkbox in the script menu that says show web compatability or something like that and when you check it all file menu scripts become greyed out...somethings just don't work online i encountered the same problem when i first started, they will just have to go through the browser to print
