Hello,

I was wondering if it were possible to retrieve a list of all used fields. Fields that are unused within my database I wish to delete. I've gone through every layout and made a list of all fields I saw but I would like to be 100% that I didn't miss any.

Any ides?

You can export all your data to a merge file and open it in Excel to see which fields have no data.

To see which fields are used on any layout, open the file single-user, then go to File -> Access Privileges -> Overview and click on each field to see on which layouts it appears.
