i have a layout that can be navigated to by several different layouts but on the one layout i only want one back button that goes back to which ever layout was used to navigate to it

In the script to get to the layout, set a global field (gLayout)with get(layoutname). then on the back button use go to layout by calculation and the calc is glayout.

no, Comment needs to explain that. But it will work.

It's a navigation log - albeit a short one. If you want, you can keep adding/subtracting to it. Every time you go somewhere, you top up the log. Every time you press Back, you go one level down.

If it's only one layout that's problematic, then you can keep it simple by logging only where you're coming from to this layout.
