Scrip for dfferent Customers, possibly an If Statement. (NEED HELP)

Good Morning Everybody. I need help.

I have a Report with Various Customers.

JCP

Miller

Sears

Kohls.

Every customer has its own checklist. What i want to do is create a scrip so that when i click on a customer i'll go to that specif checklist that pertains to the customer. HOW CAN I DO THAT. Thanks
