Is there a way to find all instances where data from a referenced file is used, i.e. which scripts, which layouts, which calculated fields, etc?

I believe that the developer version of FMP can help with this.

I'd like to know the answer as well.

Coolcat is referring to the Developer's Design Report, which spits out a snapshot of your entire database in either HTML or XML. It includes a wealth of information, including an outline of file references, relationships, field definitions, scripts, etc., etc., etc.
