I have script that saves a receipt as a PDF. Works fine in Developer, up pops a dialog box, works fine when I open the runtime file in Developer but does nothing (blinks and that's it, no dialog box) when I try it in the runtime file.

Any thought?

Save as PDF isn't supported in runtimes. Because FileMaker licensed the PDF technology from Adobe. Seems a little silly to me; like everyone's going to use FileMaker runtimes instead of Acrobat B)-].

Right. Especially since you don't get any feature that a print-to-PDF utility wouldn't provide.
