Web Form View not publishing correct layout

Was just at a customer site doing some changes to the a Web Form layout I created. After some time, when I went to localhost to see view the layout, it started showing me the Main Form layout. I'ave double checked that the Web Companion Form View has "Web Form" layour selected and not "Main Form". However, Main Form keeps being published. I have cleared cache and restarted FM (v6) and web browsers but still shows the wrong layout online. Is there something I'm missing?
