Alisun Posted November 15, 2005 Posted November 15, 2005 Hello, I am in health care, and am setting up a confidential database of factors for a certain type of disease, and the correlations will be analyzed by researchers. I have added the variables into FMP. However, the fields are too close together. Is there a way that I change the spacing between fields, all at once? Thanks! Alisun
mr_vodka Posted November 15, 2005 Posted November 15, 2005 Hi Alisun, Welcome to the forums. First this thread is is for the FMPUG group. But no problem, we will ask a moderator to move this topic. You can move fields around in layout mode. In FM8, there is a new feature for equal spacing alignment. IF you . In Layout mode, select the fields you want. Then go to the Menu: Arrange --> Distribute --> Vertically or Horizontally. ( You can also select the fields you want aligned and right click to do the same) This will equally distribute the spacing between the fields. So you can take one field and move it away from the rest and then select all the fields to distribute the space evenly. Good luck. MODERATOR: Can you please move this topic to proper forum and also delete the double post.
