Drop down fields - auto select

Featured Replies

Hello all,

I have a membership database that i am creating - which has various drop down selection fields.

What i would like to be able to do, is have it so that when you click on a drop down selection field, and start typing - the list will jump to the appropriate selection.

e.g: On Name/Title - Type in MI and it jumps to MISS

This would particularly be useful on fields that only have YES and NO for selection.

Any help/advice would be most appreciated.

I have attached a copy of the database for reference.

Many thanks,

Shane.

Hi Shane

If you format your fields as pop up lists then you can type the first letter (or first and second if you type quickly enough)and you will be taken to the first match in your value list
