Hi.. On this form there is a special table that i only wish to be viewed by admin. As admin will comment on the status and remarks.

So when normal user login and fill up their form they won't be able to see it unless they login with admin accout.. is that possible??

No. I access to the sample file from another pc through IWP. I can print from internet explorer still..

The easiest solution would be to use 2 layouts and take the user to the correct layout based their account.

But company policy is only can view, account holders are not allowed to print too..

Sounds line a policy that can't be enforced.

Whenever you can't completely control the environment, you have no control at all. Even if you could disable printing in the browser, they could still do a screenshot and then print that out, or write the info down manually, or take a digital picture of the screen and print it out,...
