How do I get a check box field?

There is on option for this type of field. How to I get a yes/no field that is linked to a check box?

MS Access has this.

I'm not sure I know what you mean, but the general procedure is to create a valuelist with 'Yes', 'No', and attach the valuelist to the field of your choice.
