Hello,

Can some offer some help on how to center a window on any size display. Whether it be a 12" ibook or 20"lcd

Is "move resize" used? if so can you explain how?

I am not interest in doing anything like this, so I have no impute on how to. However, Ocean West just posted two Custom Functions Here and at www.briandunning.com that are titled Centering. Did you look at them before posting your question, or just post?

Yes Lee I did. They did not answer my question. I cannot find the Brian Dunnin answer on his website.

Yes you can use the Move/Resize script step to center the window on the screen.

In that dialog box in the Top field place this:

(Get ( WindowDesktopHeight ) / 2) - (Get ( WindowHeight ) / 2)

and in the Left box place this:

(Get ( WindowDesktopWidth ) / 2) - (Get ( WindowWidth ) / 2)
