Newbies Rob Bryant Posted December 8, 2005 Newbies Posted December 8, 2005 At work, we have FM Pro 7 running on Windows XP. I bought a copy online to use at home on my macmini running Tiger. Can I take the .fp7 file from work to home, work on it, and then bring it back to work the next day without issues? Are there any "gotchas" to look out for? Thanks.
Lee Smith Posted December 8, 2005 Posted December 8, 2005 FileMaker is cross platform. So, you can do what you are asking. You might see some difference in how the fonts display, but I have not had a problem using Verdana. Lee
MetaSys Software Posted December 26, 2005 Posted December 26, 2005 Further to Lee's comments, just use the fonts which are there both on Mac and Windows !! Anand Mohan
