Has anyone found a way to use the '&' sign as part of the custom menu name? i.e. Men & Women.

Because the '&' symbol is designated as the access key to Menu shortcuts am I stuck?

I have tried to escape out of it without any luck.

Have you tried 2 together '&&'?
