Is there a way to make a file not show up in the portal if its flaged?

example...these are my files

White this is flaged

WLT

WST

WMT

Black this is flaged

BLLT

BLST

BLMT

the White,Black, and WLT,WST,WMT,BLLT,BLST,BLMT are the same field named SKU

I don't want the White and Black to show up in the portal. Just the actual SKU's. How would I go about doing this?

How about a calcuation field that performs the same logic you are trying to achieve, and use only the calculation field in the portal.

(You said "file", I think you meant "field")
