Hi

you haven't to duplicate data from previous record !

You need to make a relationship from your BaseTable:medicalNumber and PatientTable:medicalNumber

"one for patient medical file numbers"

That table is your daily working table holding, among other fields, the patient medical file number.

HOW I CAN MAKE RELATIONSHIP THAT WHEN I ENTER THE PATIENT MEDICAL FILE NUMBER IN PATIENT FILE NUMBERS TABLE, ALL DATA FROM OTHER TABLE OF PATIENT INFORMATION AUTOMATICALY REENTERED

Hi,

it was a tiny mini-file...

you HAVE to understand it and let it work for you too.

Anyway, read something about relationship in the help on line !

Hi manar,

Why not [color:blue]Post a copy of your file, it might be a quicker way to help you. That way we can see your files and do a better job of explaining what is and is not happening.
