Total noob here... I've tried searching but can't find anything.

Can anyone let me know the basic steps to getting my database onto my website or lead me to a thread that shows the steps?

The first step is to make sure your website is able to host Filemaker databases. You would either be hosting yourself, or using one of the few FM hosting services such as "Point in Space".
