FileMaker OLE Reference? Need to know Objects/Methods available?

Anyone have a good reference for this?

I know that when you reference FM as FMPRO.application you also have:

.Documents

.Documents.Open

.Documents.DoFMScript

What else is there? I would be willing to buy a book that has this information.
