I need to have a form on our web site to gather data from new and renewing members. The form would have a drop down menu to designate the type of membership, then calc fields based on the criteria selected. Then I would need data fields for information to be manually entered. The form would be emailed to an address, or dumped into a file on the server to be downloaded daily, and the information imported into a FM file or EXCEL spreadsheet. Can this be done using FM 7?

FM 7 can import that type of information.

You could have the Form generated by, and received directly by, FM7. This can be done with either FM7 Server Advanced or CAFEphp ( www.cafephp.com ).
