Tools Tips not working what am I doing wrong

Hello:

I know this is going to be a head banger but I opened up one of the FM 8 Advanced starter databases and added a tool tip to a few fields. I go into browse mode and click on the field and put my mouse over it BUT I dont see the tool tip. What am I doing wrong?

Don't click on the field. Just simply move the mouse into a position where it hovers over the field.
