Default criteria for Finds

Featured Replies

I have a database that assigns tasks to workers.

The list of available workers ony includes those who are logged into the computer. If they are at lunch, or out of the building they are not available to assign a task to.

The task assignments are made via radio button value list.

This value list is populated from the field AVAILABLE WORKERS.

I would like to be able to FIND all the tasks that have been assigned to a particular worker and I would like to be able to generate the FIND criteria via a radio button.

Is there a way to set a field value as the default criteria for a find? I would like to proactively populate a field (with the radio button), then use that field's value as the criteria for a find.

Can this be done?

Thanks,

Jarvis
