You mean "not allow"?

Those are browser features & (for printscreen: OS feature). Unless you have direct control over their machine and the setup of that (group policies, ...) then, no. Even then, I'm not sure you'd be able to lock it all down.

Best bet would be to use a custom app that can use a browser control but limit the features of the embedded browser. And take away all other browsers from their machines.
