Question on how to auto generate IP address into IP table?

For example,

When I fill the field called LAN range as 192.168.2.0/255.255.255.0, then I want it to generate the range of IP from 192.168.2.1 to 192.168.2.255 into the IP table.

The IP table has field called IP.

How to write the script?
