why are my related container fields not working ??

Featured Replies

In the attached file.. the layout that the file opens to a vacancy layout.. per floor (of a building), it is meant to calculate the vacancy on that floor over time..

I have a case calculation that is meant to return the text "few" if there are 1 or 2 vacancies, and "many" if there are 3 or more vacancies..

then, that text relates to a colors table, which pulls over some container fields to color code the layout with a yellow highlight for "few" vacancies and a green highlight for "many" vacancies.

The hightlights aren't working correctly..

they seem to come up correctly when I launch the file.. but if I use the buttons to the left and right of the layout (which go to the next time interval), the colors do not update correctly..

It also seems that some of the vacancy calculations do not update correctly..

if you for example, follow a "1" to the right

as you advance the time backward.. the "1" should advance one column at a time to the right but sometimes it turns to a zero, and then jumps two spots the next time you advance the time backward.

I think it may be because the text calculation is an unstored calc of a value that is derived by counting through a relationship..

if anyone can take a peek and help me to see what I am doing wrong, please let me know. thanks :
