Newbies Rer Posted March 19, 2001 Newbies Posted March 19, 2001 I must create a summary report of the amount of gasoline used by individual vehicles per month. In a "Vehicle Description" field I created a pop-up list of vehicle identification numbers and then enter amount of gallons in a "Gasoline Amount" field. How would I summarize the amount of gasoline used by each vehicle per month? Could someone enlighten me please? Thanks!

Newbies Rer Posted March 20, 2001 Author Newbies Posted March 20, 2001 Thanks CaptKurt for the solution to the value list problem! I now have a new problem. When I entered additional data for the new month and printed a new sub-summary report, it now only displays a grand total amount and nothing else. Any ideas? Thanks for any help!
