I must create a summary report of the amount of gasoline used by individual vehicles per month. In a "Vehicle Description" field I created a pop-up list of vehicle identification numbers and then enter amount of gallons in a "Gasoline Amount" field. How would I summarize the amount of gasoline used by each vehicle per month? Could someone enlighten me please?

Thanks!

Simply create the necessary summary (i.e. Total Gas = Total of Gasoline Amount) fields and then place them in a sub-summary part, sorted by Vehicle Description.

Thanks CaptKurt for the solution to the value list problem! I now have a new problem. When I entered additional data for the new month and printed a new sub-summary report, it now only displays a grand total amount and nothing else. Any ideas? Thanks for any help!
