Pop-up color list

I'm trying to make a pop-up list or equivalent that will let the user select a color (1 of 10)for a record. Any simple ideas?

You could certainly select the colors by name. Another possibility is to move to another screen set up to look like a dialog box and click on a button of the correct color.
