I have a time calculation that gets me the hours a job should take. So if my time is 3.75 hours, I would like it to read 3 3/4 hours. I would also be happy with 3hrs, 45 mins. Also, how do i get my calc fields to recalculate when I make a change to a calc?

Multiply the result by 3600, and change the calculation field result to type Time.
