Sam Laundon
I have a form which shows various fields, one of them being Approved (=Yes). If the client has already Approved the work I would like the pop-up to show "Yes". I they have not Approved I would like the pop up to be blank. This is as far as I have gotten: <?php $Approve = Yes; if ($Approve ==) echo "option selected value="; else echo "option value="; ?> The "if ($Approve ==)" is where I am stuck. When I try to place <?php echo $searchData['Approve'][0]; ?> after the "==" the page loads blank. Thanks in advance for your help - Sam
Newbies Chris Irvine Posted May 3, 2006 Newbies Share Posted May 3, 2006 I'm guessing you probably want to do something like this: <?php if ($searchData["Approve"][0] == "Yes") echo "some message here"; else echo "alternate message here"; ?>
