Genx Posted May 10, 2006 Share Posted May 10, 2006 What exactly is a form letter? Either way, you can use tab stops or re-align your merge fields or even shift your fields. I don't know what your using because i'm not sure what a "form letter" is so... IdealData Posted May 10, 2006 Share Posted May 10, 2006 If you have access to LAYOUT MODE then you can adjust the position of the fields on the layout so that they will fit the window.
