June 1, 200619 yr When I open a new record I need to be able to have 2 fields automatically enter some pre defined data. Some of the data may be a date range and sometimes just some plain text. Hope someone can help me to do this. Thanks Martin
June 1, 200619 yr Go into define database hit the fields tab and then select any field. Click on the options button (bottom l/h/s) and click the auto enter tab. There you will find lots of things you can auto enter into a field on creation of a record Phil
