Steven H. Blackwell Posted June 7, 2006 Share Posted June 7, 2006 FileMaker Server 8 can host 125 files,unless it's running under OS X, in which case the maximum is 100 files. You can set a number lower than these in the SAT Tool. You should do so as a matter of fact, if you don't need a larger number. Makes for better performance. I searched loads of docs, including the FMS8 admin guide, but can find no reference to this limit. I have always believed the limit to be 125 on both platforms.
