I'm a new user in Filemaker publishing, and I have to publish a database in

several places. (A database that can be

searched from different computers, using the internet) Therefor, I have

some questions, that I would be very happy

if you could answer them.

* What I need the most is a security system, and I don't understand very

well "web security".

The users should be able to see only the records they are concerned with,

and one superuser should be able to see

all the records. I really don't know how to do it.

What you need to know is more than can be typed here!!! I would recommend buying some books on the subject.....a book on web enabling/publishing your FMPro database/s on the web and a book relating to the software and hardware you'll be using to serve the web site/s e.g. WebSTAR or AppleShare IP 6.3 with Apple Mac, MS IIS et al with x86 etc...
