Windows Error Mssg. 6to8

I'm getting the following Windows error message when trying to open a converted file:

There a long thread after this with much more detail.

Can anyone help with this much of the error message? I'm doing the conversion on a Win2000SP4 PC.

It's not Windows crashing, it's the HotSpot Virtual Machine, whatever that is. What is it?
