How do I change the "MADE WITH FILEMAKER" image on the splash screen

I had seen a post several weeks ago about how you can do a search to find the folder that contains that image, and how you could change it, and then when you create a runtime application the splash screen will have the new image instead of that "made with filemaker image

I spent about an hour trying to search for this post but i couldn't find it."

you can change splash screen from

tools menu/developer utilities/solution options windows by selecting custom image check box.

I seem to recall a post about difficulties editing this splash screen which were gotten round by making sure that the replacement graphic was of the correct type and also the exact size
