The window can be resized by clicking on it and then clicking and dragging one of the corners. Whether or not the contents resize will likely be dependent on the web content being pulled in - I'd guess in the great majority of the cases not. I can't duplicate that behavior with a graphic from another website. I've concluded that there is something special about the yahoo graphic.
