I have been working on this problem for weeks. I desperately need help.

I have tried Scriptit, Troi Activator and Dacons ScriptFire. The first 2 were difficult at best. Scriptit lacks documentation, Activator was causing my application to crash so I finally tried Dacons ScriptFire. I must say their sample files and documentation are superior to the other two.

Here's the problem. (Please see attached pdf for details and scripts.)

I can get the script to fire when I leave the trigger field, no problem. I can get multiple reminders set as I enter the data and leave the portal record, no problem. However, when the reminder pops up I can not go to the correct record all the time. I have tried setting a GTRR, no positive results. I then switched to a find. If I do the find asking for the ContactID I get the ID from the current record I am viewing. If I leave out the contactID and enter the reminder time and date only I get >= rather than just =, so, multiple records show.

Can someone please help. What the heck am I doing wrong?

If so, please only look at the "InterviewList -ScriptFire" script and help me resolve the search GTRR problem.
