Drop Down Auto Select

Featured Replies

Greetings,

Is there a way to have my yes/no drop box start with the yes automatically shown without the user having to select?

Thanks,

Jim

I would look at Auto-Enter under Define Database... you also might want to consider having a boolean field a number field (1 and 0 for yes and no).

Hope that helps

Update...

I attended my first FM class via the Moyer group and asked them this question.

Your answer was correct, the problem was that I was assuming that the field would show up when the record was created...it was not.

I had to enter data into the other fields and move on before that field would show via a portal.

So, you were right and I was banging my head on the desk for nothing.

Thanks,

Jim
