Run Script upon field change?

Is there a way to have a script run after a field is changed and curser moved out of that field?

I want to prevent the user from having to hit a "go" button after making a change to a field to initialize a script.

Anyone have any ideas?

I'm not new to Filemaker and I don't see that that capability exists at all, but I may be wrong so I have to ask. It seems that a script run upon field change ability would solve so many things.
